Dont allow loved ones to get sicker by the day. Take them quick so they get well quick!

I made an appointment online and was seen the same day. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hrs from arrival to leaving. I did start to feel better 2 days later. Very nice and professional staff.

I walked inside and was immediately greeted and cared for. The lady’s working here are awesome and they didn’t treat you like you was a germ think I was there maybe n hour n 20 minutes.

When I walked in, the place was not at all what I might have envisioned. I guess I was expecting a doctors office setting or even a small Mobil hospital. However, just like all of the reviews say, everyone who works there is very professional, pleasant, helpful and seemingly glad to be able to help sick people. I was there for a period of about 2 hours, that was from the time I walked in and did some paperwork until I left. The treatment itself took 1/2 hour and then a resting period of 1 hour to make sure there were no bad reactions. During that time 3 or 4 different workers asked me probably 10 times if I needed anything, if I was comfortable, did I feel ok, ect. They had comfortable lounge type chairs, snacks and drinks and a big screen tv to watch. One of the ladies working there told me I would feel better in 24 to 48 hours. NO EXAGGERATION, 47 hours later it was like someone flipped a switch and I was a new man, symptoms gone and breathing perfectly. Thank God for this place and the wonderful people working there…

So thankful this place was easy to sign up and easy to access! I signed up for an appointment 3 hours prior. Was seen right away. Great place!!!

Highly recommend the Infusion Center. I was looking for an infusion treatment for my elderly mom on the weekend when the Infusion Center was closed. Her doctor referred her to 3 different UPMC facilities to get the treatment, and not one of the facilities ever contacted my mom or her referring physician. On Monday I was easily able to schedule a same day appointment at the Infusion Center. The infusion treatment is amazing. After she had it, her symptoms were gone by the next morning. If you think you may have COVID, get tested as soon as possible, and if testing positive, get the infusion as soon as you can to prevent your symptoms from worsening.

The nurses were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. Was able to get an appointment same day I went online to make one. Helped me when I was nauseous during treatment and gave me a zofran. You could tell the staff were happy to be there and didn’t feel burdened. I felt very comfortable and the treatment helped me immensely. I started improving as soon as I got home and was able to eat and not feel nauseous. And my fever went down. Would recommend whole heartedly.

Very caring & knowledgeable staff who take the time to answer any questions you may have. I am so grateful that this service exists. Making an appointment was also a breeze online.
